Carriage RV's old website was starting to fall behind the times. Because Carriage produces luxury fifth wheel travel trailers, the website needed to reflect Carriage RV quality.

The old website had multiple menus. Research says that this kind of navigational layout makes the website look much more complex than it actually is, causing visitors to leave sooner.

Detailed product information is now available on all current year model lines. Each model line's information is displayed in a very easy-to-use tabular layout. Visitors click tabs on a model line for the Interior, Exterior, Floorplans, Standards & Options, and Specifications.

Some of the high-usability features include:

• Each tabbed section of all product pages load instantly
• Each tab directs the visitor to the next logical tab or page.
• All model and floorplan photos are clickable to view full size versions
• Full size photos overlay the page rather than opening a new window or "popping up". This makes it easy to browse images without a lot of clicking.
• Clicking on a thumbnail loads the standard-size image into the viewing pane -
  no popups or extra clicking!
• The navigation has been simplified and is organized into a logical order.
• The Find Dealers tool is available on every page in the same location.
